Technical Support Services
At Itasca Retail, we work collaboratively with retailers to ensure smooth and speedy installation, configuration, testing and roll-out. While technical issues are typically resolved by our customer’s Help Desk (Level 1 and 2), our support team is available as required to work with the retailer’s IT team to resolve the rare complex issues that arise in the retail ecosystem. Itasca works with each retailer to develop a support plan as we know each customer’s needs are unique (including the fact we cover from the Eastern Time Zone to the Hawaii – Aleutian Time Zone).
